1. Services Overview

Marketing Services: Coffee Snob Marketing, LLC provides marketing services tailored to realtors. We offer packages that include pre-made Instagram reels, Canva templates, and a comprehensive real estate marketing package designed for real estate teams.

Content Ownership: All content created by Coffee Snob Marketing, LLC remains our intellectual property until payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of content transfers to the client.

Customization and Subscriptions: Content is optimized for Instagram and includes trending audio. While customizations are not included, we offer subscription services for regular access to fresh content.
2. Payment and Compensation

All payments must be made in full before content is delivered. Monthly services for real estate teams are invoiced on the 1st of each month and due upon receipt.

Late payments may result in delays in content delivery or suspension of services until payment is resolved.

Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled 7 days before the next billing cycle.
3. Cancellation and Refunds

Content Packages: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of reels, templates, and marketing content are final. Refunds will not be issued for purchased content.

Monthly Contracts: Either party may terminate ongoing contracts with a 30-day written notice. Services will continue through the cancellation period.

Subscriptions: Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time, but refunds will not be issued for partial billing periods.
4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, such as branding guidelines, preferences, and any required approvals, to ensure content is aligned with their vision.

Coffee Snob Marketing, LLC is not responsible for the performance of content when used outside Instagram or other platforms not specified in the service description.
5. Confidentiality

All client information, including branding details, leads, and marketing strategies, will be kept confidential and used solely for delivering agreed-upon services.

Clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary tools, strategies, and templates provided by Coffee Snob Marketing, LLC.
6. Limitation of Liability

Coffee Snob Marketing, LLC is not liable for any losses or damages incurred due to the use of our content, including but not limited to business disruptions or lead generation inconsistencies.

While we strive to create high-performing content, we cannot guarantee specific results, such as views, engagement rates, or lead conversions.
7. Content Usage and Licensing

Content is provided for personal and business use by the purchasing client only. Reselling or redistributing content is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized reproduction, editing, or sharing of our templates, reels, or other content without written permission may result in legal action.
8. Independent Contractor Status

For real estate teams using our comprehensive marketing package, Coffee Snob Marketing, LLC operates as an independent contractor. This relationship does not constitute an employer-employee relationship.
9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coffee Snob Marketing, LLC from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from the use of our content or services.
10. Modifications to Services or Policies

Coffee Snob Marketing, LLC reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes 30 days in advance.
